Quantitative Consultant
Bernt is a junior quantitative consultant at VB Risk Advisory. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. After that, he earned a Master’s degree in both Business Analytics and Financial Econometrics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
During his studies, Bernt has developed a strong interest in combining finance, mathematics, and programming. He has also gained experience at big insurance companies. He gets a lot of energy from working in a team on big and challenging matters in finance. Bernt is a real team player and a practical-minded person.
In his spare time, Bernt likes to play sports, mainly field hockey and jogging in a nearby park in Amsterdam. Furthermore, he enjoys cooking, spending time with his friends and watching football.
